We're a sociable team at Pure North Norfolk Ltd.
You may have seen us, happily working away, when wandering down Oak Street in Fakenham.
You may have paused and looked in at our office and had some thoughts?
You, and we, all judge things by what we see - the shop window, the website, the social media pages.
Right; time for an admission.
We've had a social media makeover.
We've decided to become sociable online as well as sociable in our office and at your home.
Let us explain further ...
Pure North Norfolk Ltd have decided to embrace social media for the world to see.
We want our home sellers and property landlords to be confident in choosing and trusting Pure North Norfolk Ltd to let or sell, arguably, their most prized possession, their property or home.
So why does social media matter?
It matters because the shop window to your home is no longer just our window cards on Oak Street, a listing on Rightmove or Zoopla, or on our website. They matter greatly - of course they do.
But we know that 80% of online browsing is now carried on out on mobile devices: smartphones and tablets.
We know, too, that to get your property seen and shared by an even bigger audience, we should embrace social media.
To maximise exposure of your property for sale in Fakenham, King's Lynn or Hunstanton, or that property to let in Dereham, Sculthorpe or Wells-next-the-Sea, we need to be social media intelligent.
We've done it.
There's more to it however. We want home buyers and home sellers to be able to ask questions and be given answers when they want. A tweet, a Facebook message, an Instagram comment can be made quickly with our team responding as quickly. It means 24/7 service effectively.
Social media is about a two way dialogue and we've just made those conversations much easier to have.
A new Facebook page has been launched - with daily status updates: have you liked it yet?
We've invested in Facebook as 1.6 billion people use that platform and it's growing.
Your property for sale or to let with Pure North Norfolk has had its marketing reach amplified.
Same with Twitter: we're sending out content-rich snippets or tweets regularly to showcase our services and your property.
A Pinterest platform has been established with three boards initially - Property for Sale, Property to Let and a Home Office board to entice you to open the physical door to our lovely office and make Pinners see your property photos in all their glory.
Instagram too. It's the fastest growing platform for the younger generation and, with many of our properties being suited to first time buyers or renters, we want to engage that audience through Instagram photos and descriptions, speeding up sales progression for sellers, increasing viewing ratios and averting those rental voids for your properties being let.
Google Plus is also being nourished - so that when a buyer searches an area, whether that's Thornham, Brancaster or Burnham Market, your property details make it on the search engines.
Finally, whatever social media platform you use, we'd love you to visit ours and like, follow and share.
